True ending
Turn a complete story journal into the final choice that opens the true-ending route.
Complete every story series
Collect every story item and finish every discovery shown in the journal. Clearing a difficulty or holding one Blood Moon item does not replace a missing story entry.
Reveal the discoveries
Open the journal and claim each newly completed story. A collected item can leave the route locked until its discovery has been revealed, so clear every unread or claimable entry before the final boss.
Claim the last piece during the run
If the final story item drops in the current run, open the journal and reveal the completed story before entering the final encounter. You do not need to abandon that run just because the last piece arrived late.
Reach Alicia's heart
Continue through the run after the journal is complete. At Alicia's heart, look for the additional decision instead of automatically repeating the regular ending.
Choose Let Lily Decide
Select Let Lily Decide when the extra option appears. That choice continues into the true-ending route; the ordinary choice returns the run to the regular ending.
Do not confuse the route with the Vault
The Shatter destination and the true ending are separate goals. A weapon effect that sends you to the Vault can unlock its own rewards, but it does not replace the completed story journal or Lily's choice.
Stop when the choice is still missing
Check all story series and reveal every discovery once more. If the journal is complete but Let Lily Decide still does not appear, stop repeating the same final boss, keep the save, update the game, and report the stalled progression through the official community before investing another run.
