Starlight and Tarot payoffs depend on the faces held in the current run.

Skills and upgrade choices
Choose one of three upgrades in each row as the hunter levels.
When entering a Hub, you are shown 2 random [Tarot Cards]. You may choose 1 and temporarily gain its effect until the next time you enter a Hub, without occupying a Tarot Card slot.
Summons the power of the stars. Stella gains 5 stacks of [Starlight]. [Starlight]: The next shot fires 1 additional [Starlight Card], each dealing 200% Current Weapon's Elemental Damage.

Choice of Fate If the [Tarot Card] chosen by [Wheel of Fate] is upright, permanently gain 15 stacks of [Growth]. If it is reversed, permanently gain 15 stacks of [Ember].
Triple Fate [Wheel of Fate] shows you 3 random [Tarot Cards].
Reverse Fate When [Wheel of Fate] reveals a Tarot Card, you can reverse it.

Wand Radiance Each stack of [Starlight] increases Battle Skill Damage by 10%. When [Starlight Card] deals damage, there is a 20% chance to reset Battle Skill cooldown.
Inverted Reflection Tarot Cards from [Wheel of Fate] empower Stella. Upright: whenever you gain [Starlight], gain 1 additional stack. Reversed: [Starlight Card] creates a starburst on hit, dealing half damage within 250 yards of the target.
Chalice Omen When [Starlight Card] deals damage, there is a 50% chance to trigger the current weapon's Transmutation effect.

Pentacle Amplification When casting [Starlit Card Formation], gain 5 additional stacks of [Starlight].
Flying Sword Cards [Starlight Card] damage +30% and can pierce enemies.
Endless Star When consuming [Starlight], there is a 30% chance to refund 1 stack of [Starlight].

Fate Swap When Stella takes a Fatal Hit, randomly destroys 1 Tarot Card and restores 25% of her Max Health.
Indomitable When Stella takes a Fatal Hit, she instantly restores 50% of her Max Health. Triggers once per run.
Starlit Haste After consuming [Starlight], Movement Speed +5% for 8 seconds, stacking up to 10 times.

Messenger of Fate After selecting a character, [Wheel of Fate] triggers once, and you permanently gain that Tarot Card's effect.
Dance of Stars On using Battle Skill: gain 1 stack of [Starlight]. When gaining Starlight, [Starlight Card] has a 30% chance to fire 1 additional card.
Guidance of Fate When Tarot Card slots are full, randomly gain 1 exclusive Relic for a Tarot Card you own.
